[Cryptography] Moderator note on top-posting

A quick one -- one our rules is no top-posting. This is sometimes hard to live up to, because most email clients these days make it hard to do anything else, especially you, Outlook. It's also often hard to tell, we sometimes miss things because the Mailman console has a UX designed for people who like to peer through Venetian blinds. So sorry about when we (usually I) miss on that.

If all you do is trim text below your words, then you're not top-posting. That's it.

And, there's been some discussion going on that has a mix of it and not. The conversation is interesting enough that I'm going to let them through. I'll do better in the future and please, dear subscribers, do too.
