[Cryptography] Happy birthday, Harry Nyquist!

Electrical engineer Harry Theodor Nyqvist was born on this day (presumably 
with a lot of noise) in 1889; he made important contributions to 
communications theory (especially in the field of noise), developed the 
theory of amplifier stability, and helped AT&T develop the fax machine.
