I am an ignorant of hardware. But isn't it true that
at the (lowerst) physical layer of communication there
is by nature constantly noise present which is commonly to
be mitigated with diverse means such that an error-free
communication at the application layer could be achieved?
Doesn't that mean one already has ample randomness for free?
