OK, let's check my cheque book...

20/8/15 was some sort of a superannuation refund (a lost account).

25/8/14 to renew Amateur radio callsign VK2KFU (timed to arrive when it
would be processed, and funds available upon actual clearance). Trust me,
that took some subtle timing, involving postal delays and lazy office
clerks; long story.

27/11/13 was a refund from our national driving organisation (the NRMA),
because I no longer have a car.

30/8/09 to renew a specialist Amateur magazine sub (they can't do EFTPOS,
and I don't read it any more anyway).

7/9/09 was some sort of a refund; I think for my electricity bill.

5/12/08 was some refund; the cheque butt is unreadable.

And a few more since before 2005 etc.

So, a bit of a specialist market; then again, Amateur "ham" radio
operators are known to be utter tightwads :-)

I'll still keep my cheque account, just in case,
