Wellllll.....
Lots of these have "family accounts" and shared credentials, and so on, but they're discretionary controls, not mandatory ones. Mandatory controls have a couple major issues, and one is that not all human relationships are pleasant, and there are plenty of cases where the heir is the adversary. Another is that many trap doors to things just create another issue, that the emergency trap door is indistinguishable from a backdoor.
Among the many issues, one is that mechanism doesn't know about semantics nor intent.
