The one change from then to now that I see is the example of
pre-distributing keys to a 1000-person company needed 1/2 TB of storage,
and the "I'd like a laptop with 1/2 TB of storage", infeasible in 1998,
is now "sure, that's $50 extra." (Still not scalable, of course.)
