Sigh.
Looked at the paper, don't know why I bother.
Lots of buzz-words. Lots of wild claims. And lots of bullsh*t.
I haven't studied it in great detail, and I can't claim to be an expert
on PDEs, but it looks like a vague outline of an undescribed-in-detail
idea which at first glance looks exciting but which after a few seconds
reflection won't work, at least as described, along with a lot of
impressive=sounding but ill-founded, unfounded, and/or incorrect claims.
Spends a lot of time explaining how wonderful it is, and almost none on
the details of how it is supposed to work.
"4:3 The system maintains a a state vector.." _ what system?
Why are you specifying the algorithms in a "cryptographic stack
combining XChaCha20, SHA-3, HMAC-SHA3, ZKP(zero-knowledge proofs), and
multi-variate signatures" when you don't even tell us what the
algorithms in the stack operate on?
Nah.
:(
