Meh.  WiFi routers provide this kind of functionality - you're installing the "bug" yourself, or if you aren't, your neighbors may be doing it for you.  There's a whole bunch of research on this - the technique was shown to work at least 6 years ago but it keeps getting better as more powerful ML gets applied to understanding the signals.
