Some of the stuff seems reasonable - e.g., higher sensitivity quantum sensors.  Others ... damned if I know what quantum radar is, but maybe.

And of course there’s quantum key distribution, which seems an odd thing to propose in a battlefield environment even if you think it makes sense in some places.
