Nil.  Unlike Proton, signal.org isn't based in Switzerland so isn't subject to the Swiss law in question, which required them to keep logs and turn them over on legal demand.  They're actually based in California.  US law doesn't currently require that logs be kept (though if they *are* kept they can, like any other record, be demanded).  signal.org says it keeps very minimal logs (when a user last connected at a resolution of a day).  Of course, you can choose to believe then or not.
