[Cryptography] Chaotic Permutation Circuit

The current approach to cryptography design seems to produce less than ideal cryptography instructions. I have tried to remedy this using an instruction-first design approach.

Comments, cryptanalysis, questions and thoughts on the reverse design approach are all appreciated.

I basically need more eyes on the project.
