Yes and no. Since a firearm manufacturer doesn't _know_ if a firearm is
going to be used for criminal purposes or not it does have a defense.
However, if I walk in to a firearm store and say that I want to buy a
gun and rob a bank, the store doesn't have a defense any more since now
they _know_ that I intend to use the gun for illegal purposes.
