Not exactly crypto, but off the top of my head: stuffing it down someone's 
throat, lighting fires, blocking toilets with an entire roll, etc.  You 
could even write messages on it and conceal it in a body cavity...

I can't think of anything that cannot be used for a malicious purpose with 
enough imagination, and no amount of crypto will stop that.
