No, it *abuses* the private network prefix
and should be renumbered out of it into an
appropriate space, or get its own allocation,
or go camp on some actually unallocated distant
space that is unlikely to ever be allocated, instead
of colliding with the rest of the world's, and its
own users, proper usage of allocated space.
