[Cryptography] (Ir)responsible encryption

Via Dave Farber and Richard Forno, a new paper by Riana Pfefferkorn at
Stanford tries to figure out what the FBI et al. mean by "Responsible Encryption".

Needless to say, whatever it is, she doesn't think it's a good idea.
