Plenty of products and design criteria are available. But there might 
be a particular type of protection that has not been publicized. 
Standards of Tempest protection for buildings were once classified 
and some still are (redactions in released documents are prolific).

Perhaps use of superduper protection materials does require a 
license, wouldn't be surprising due to reported heavy use of 
acquiring signal surreptitiously. Protection against compromising 
emanations (emissions) has a long history of evolvement, both for 
attack and defense.

New discoveries appear regularly, surely some remain secret while 
commercial grade protection is peddled as a ruse. As usual for 
comsec, not a few are snake oil.

We would welcome more information on the technology.
