Are they now? Part of the PowerWall warranty includes being connected to
the internet continuously. And one might reasonably suspect that, just like
the data continually gathered by Tesla cars and sent home (the cars' home,
that is, not yours), this data can be subpoenaed or simply bulk gathered
and sifted.
