[Cryptography] CFRG crypto review team

The CFRG, the crypto research group related to the IETF, is likely to start a review team.  See https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/slides-95-cfrg-5/ for some info.

This seems like a great way for crypto grad students to (a) get involved with and help the IETF; and (b) leverage their literature search, and/or have another reason to do their background research :)
