UPDATED: A History of U.S. Communications Security (Volumes I and II); the
David G. Boak Lectures, National Security Agency (NSA), 1973. Released
through ISCAP - PDF 11.5 MB

The Interagency Security Classification Appeals Panel or ISCAP has decided
to declassify additional material from the History of U.S. Communication
Security, Volumes I and II. The newly declassified version released in
October 2015 is presented first, after which is the more redacted version
that was released in December 2008, for comparison purposes.
