Of course, for most of the planet, that is *your* government, not ours.
Of course, I don't trust my government either (in many ways, GCHQ is
even more of a loose cannon than the NSA, it just has significantly less
budget) and I wouldn't trust the NSA not to share that information
strategically with other countries.
