The Voip/Foip/messaging protocols, including xmpp, sip, h.323, rtp,
udptl can run over d?tls.  

At least some of the sql protcols support tls.

Two-way tls auth gets used for those protocols in at least some cases.
(Or, at least, software support for mutual auth exists.)

I'm sure that I'm forgetting something else.
