What if you had a very good entropy source, but only practical at crypto engine installation time?

Hmm, they're somewhat expensive... a cheaper alternative, even if they require 
a bit more manual effort, are these:

(16-sided dice numbered 0...F, $1 each, although shipment outside the US is 
damn expensive).
