My personal guess is that the general purpose
computer is ultimately a goner -- it will later,
if not sooner, be legally treated much like having
a swimming pool if not a 50 caliber.  ("Honest people
don't need a compiler or admin privilege" is already
true in the corporate arena...)  Either that, or
network-admittance will become the focus of authority
and liability (also already true in corporate arenas).
