	All accounts have been stripped from the Lucrative source and
schema for the upcoming eighth release. No balances are stored anywhere.

	To get assets into the Purse from an issuer, you just Import
them as you would any DBI. Issuers get them from the mint via an
authenticated interface that produces the DBIs without explicitly
tracking a running total. (The audit interface may do this.)

	Reissue FIBIs must be rewritten to support a new style of
merging/splitting, I am working on that.
