<p>I guess you are right.</p>
<p>Consider educational that material purports to teach users that
scammers will lie about their identity (<i>Hansel and Gretal</i>,
Grimms' Fairy Tales, 1812). Despite this material being very well
distributed for well over 200-years, some people are still being
fooled by scammers who lie about their identity.</p>
<p>Clearly user education is pointless.</p>
