<br /><br /><br /><p style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0;margin-left:0;margin-right:0;">Their customer base reacted as you can imagine to this news, with over 3,500 responses to this post in less than 12 hours. I haven't done an exhaustive search of the replies but I haven't found a single one that took this news well. The combination of most Liberty Safes is electronic in nature; the combination can be set by the user. This means that, at least from my vantage, that this can't merely be a backup of the combination but some sort of backdoor that is programmed in. </p>
