Hello,

I would like to submit for the list's evaluation a symmetric encryption algorithm, LABYRINTH©, together with a public cryptanalysis challenge built around it.

LABYRINTH is based on an internal state of 1,000,000 bytes (large-scale homophonic substitution), whose evolution is driven by three parameters derived from a 512-bit key. The state evolves through block exchange and cyclic rotation, with a variable transition frequency tied to the session NONCE.

The challenge has already been launched, on September 3, 2026, and is currently open. The full technical documentation, the ciphertext for the challenge, and the challenge rules (prize: USD 20,000 for the first person to recover the plaintext) are available at www.cifrare-documenti.com

I'm well aware that the real test of an algorithm is independent analysis, not the designer's own claims. I welcome any critical feedback, on the challenge itself or on the underlying design.

Thank you for your attention,
Giuseppe Corallo
