Of course not. The whole idea of "age verification" in the context of browsing the web is non-sensical. Imagine two humans (I feel the need to specify that nowadays), one 20 years old, the other 16, sitting next to each other sharing a device. Whose age are you going to verify? If you want to extend this further, imagine that these kids have built themselves an anthropomorphic robot who is actually controlling the device in response to voice commands.
