[Cryptography] NSA voting on TLS encryption at the IETF TLS WG

I think the title says it all - but why should the NSA be allowed to 
vote? Not that a vote means much here.

The IETF is supposed to give us the best, most-secure-for-the-cost 
cryptography; the NSA is supposed to give us cryptography which "only" 
they can read.

Clear conflict of interests.
