While the world is fixated on dealing with a threat that no-one has been able
to prove exists, we're not addressing actual vulnerabilities that are being
exploited by attackers.  Also, we're introducing a host of additional
vulnerabilities through a pile of new, unproven crypto code that will no doubt
give attackers footholds for years if not decades to come.

If I wanted to perform a long-term DoS on effective use of crypto, this is
exactly how I'd do it.
