[Cryptography] Moderator comment and apology

I let through a number of posts that had top-posting. Sorry about that. Please don't top-post. It's one of our rules, and a peeve of a number of people. 

The easiest way to not top-post these days is that if you're not interleaving a response, just delete everything after your comment, or the entire message and just send a reply. 

Yes, most email clients today make it easier to top-post than not, and some of them have the outlook that top-posting is the preferred way to write. I share that frustration, myself. It's still the rule here.
