[Cryptography] Experimental Layer-0 (L0) network accelerator for Bitcoin.

Hello everyone,

I'm currently developing an experimental Layer-0 (L0) network accelerator for Bitcoin, written in Go, with optional AI-based policy optimization (ONNX).
The goal is to improve block and transaction propagation latency across peers - similar in spirit to Erlay, FIBRE, and package relay - but with adaptive, data-driven batching and peer-selection.
The test environment is based on Bitcoin regtest and does not affect mainnet in any way.
I'm looking for 5 volunteers who already run Bitcoin testnet or regtest nodes, and are willing to help test the accelerator in a small multi-node overlay network.
Setup is simple: a Docker compose environment or a standalone binary that connects to your testnet node (no special privileges needed) https://github.com/MAFSC/AI_GO_L0
