I’m excited to share with you the whitepaper for a new decentralized privacy project called ShadowNet.

ShadowNet is a distributed AI-powered network designed to provide total anonymity, secure communication, and blockchain-based routing through advanced cryptographic protocols.

It introduces:
- PhantomNet (a decentralized overlay mesh)
- Cerberus AI Core (locally-run traffic mimicry engine)
- ECC-based identity encryption
- S-Token (a bandwidth incentive crypto)
- Obfuscation Nodes to disrupt traffic analysis
