[Cryptography] WringTwistree bugfix

I just released WringTwistree version 1.1.0. I was writing some code in Julia 
which uses Wring and tried to encrypt something with a one-byte key. It threw 
an error. The bug was in the extendKey function and easily fixed. I made sure 
that there is no such bug in the Rust or Haskell implementation and that all 
three implementations give the same ciphertext when enciphering the same
