[Cryptography] Quillon Graph: A private, post-quantum electronic cash system

I’ve been working on a new electronic cash system that’s fully peer-to-peer, with no trusted third party.
It’s built to be private by default—no visible transaction graph, no public mempool, no chain surveillance. Everything is encrypted, and the network runs over Tor with dedicated circuits per validator. Unlike Bitcoin’s transparent ledger, this system hides transaction data using zero-knowledge proofs, ZK-STARKs and private gossip (Dandelion++).
The consensus uses a DAG-based Byzantine fault-tolerant protocol with deterministic finality under 50 milliseconds. Throughput is theoretically above 1M TPS due to the multi-parent block structure—no orphan waste.
Most importantly, it’s designed to withstand quantum adversaries from day one. We’re using CRYSTALS-Dilithium5 for signatures and Kyber1024 for key exchange (both NIST-selected post-quantum standards), along with SHA3-256 and AEGIS-QL authenticated encryption.
Why private? Public blockchains no longer provide meaningful financial privacy. Chain analysis, mandatory KYC, mempool snooping, and institutional tracking have turned transparent ledgers into surveillance tools. If you believe financial privacy is a human right, a private, post-quantum design is the logical next step.
The initial testnet is now open for anyone to join. The whitepaper along with more details can be found at https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5563153.0
Node software is available for download. To connect to the testnet, use the bootstrap node:

Download and run instructions are at quillon.xyz. The testnet is live and open to all participants.
This is experimental. I welcome constructive comments on the Genus 2 VDF Jacobian anchor election, signature aggregation efficiency, and privacy/performance trade-offs of the Tor integration.
