[Cryptography] Want to know what those last 97 characters of Kryptos mean?

Actually, the NYT article states:

 

"He estimates earning about $40,000 OVER THE YEARS from the replies."

 

So, actually a lot less money, likely $4,000 per year, since "About 10 years
ago, he started charging people $50 for a "short personal response"
