[Cryptography] National crypto emergency

This seems to have gone unnoticed, looks like there's been a new sudden
national emergency around encryption:

I thought this nonsense had stopped years ago, but it's dated August 2024.

And I'm sure no future president would dream of abusing this convenient
capability in any way.
