Apologies for not answering that question, but... given recent
discussions on the TLS WG list about hybrids I think it'd be a
good thing if the DEs let the TLS WG list know about this. One
of the possible TLS WG outcomes might be to document some kind
of overall recommendations for when/how to make use of some PQ
hybrids (or non hybrids), and knowing a registration like this
was in the works would inform that discussion.
