Yes, I've seen the suggestions, too. I was giving a summary yesterday and mentioned that that's my present most interesting conspiracy theory. We know he was in Baku, and the speculation is that he went to France because there's a windowsill in Moscow with his name on it. Maybe. I mean, it's consistent with observed phenomena, but so what.
It's all speculating ahead of evidence, now.
