[Cryptography] playing lawyer, Incentive Politics

With my moderator's hat on, I agree with previous comments that we're straying away from cryptography. My use of the present participle as opposed to past tense is intentional. We're headed that way, but aren't there quite yet.

Let's steer the conversation back to the protocol itself, on some technical or philosophical grounds. I think it's even on-topic to discuss things like adversarial attacks on underlying systems like blockchains, or ethical considerations as they pertain to it.
