Can you clarify the "destruction" in legal terms? The original chain
hasn't been "destroyed" and you're welcome to keep it for posterity,
print it out and mount it on your wall, or whatever. Others no
longer considering that chain valid hardly constitutes its
"destruction" but merely "invalidation." Is invalidating things now
a crime?
