[Cryptography] Can Anyone Solve This?

I have one problem I cannot solve. Actually, two. This is a cipher that someone ('anonymous sender') has sent to me few months ago and it seems that it is impossible to decipher it.

I know it is the Morse Code, but it seems that it some weird gibberish when I try to decipher - translate it. I don't know has any of you seen somewhere this cipher posted:

By the way, I am symbologist, or if I should express myself more academically - I am semiotician and I am new here :) I am not a cryptographer, although I have some basic knowledge but but these are out of my scope. Thank you guys anyway.
