[Cryptography] Advisor review request

Would anyone have recommendations on a good second advisor (Ph.D) for
working on the review of a reasonably advanced cipher-mode? also, with no
affiliations to any similar work in progress.

It is for an advanced cipher-mode called ATNA-Ciphermode or @na-cipher mode
and provides much benefits of traditional AEAD ciphers.
