Craig Wright promised, in court, that he will move some of Satoshi's
coins if he wins.

He won. 

There is no requirement that the relief in lawsuits should be money. 
The losers in this case would seem to have standing to sue to force him
to actually move those coins.  And, if he can't, then I'd call that new
evidence against his claim.

There's no way in or out of Hell he's moving those coins.
