[Cryptography] Apple's iCloud+ "VPN"

That’s a lovely idea. A strawman solution is that they could try to adopt
Tor on a partnership basis with other providers. But I would hazard a guess
that Tor is not an ideal fit for VPN providers trying to build this,
although I don’t have any concrete issue in mind.

Has anyone built an onion routing system based on Wireguard?

Are there any existing VPN providers that have the chops to build this?
