[Cryptography] Improvise on AES-GCM

If someone would like to help me with completing my ATNA mode, it may be
something to replace AES-GCM, even a detailed review on it may help for
those who know issues with AES-GCM.

At least it seems better in some ways and introduces a completely different
paradigm to cipher modes.
