[Cryptography] NIST Solicits Lightweight Cryptographic Algorithms

NIST has initiated a process to solicit, evaluate, and standardize 
lightweight cryptographic algorithms suitable for constrained 
environments where current NIST cryptographic standards are not acceptable.
