Google says:

Sparkfun Mojo v3 FPGA Development Board -
https://www.sparkfun.com/products/11953
RioRand - https://www.amazon.com/RioRand-EP2C5T144-Altera-Cyclone-Development/dp/B00LEMKR92/
Lattice - https://www.amazon.com/LATTICE-SEMICONDUCTOR-ICE40HX1K-STICK-EVN-BOARD-ICESTICK/dp/B00R3QU9K0/ref
Datenkrake - http://datenkrake.org/

I have a Datenkrake; it's a bit annoying to set up Microchip's
development tools on Linux and the free license requires yearly
renewal. The Lattice stick may have open source tools on github.

The Mojo might be what you want since it's programmable with Arduino.

GDB has a 'break' feature; why doesn't it have 'fix' too?
