[Cryptography] 1/1000'th of a wavelength antennae

The item in the August 25 Cryptography Forum re extremely short antennae 
is interesting, especially for those of us involved with amateur radio. 
But in the actual article that item links to, the first paragraph after 
the abstract refers to electromagnetic wavelengths that are larger for 
higher frequencies, which is exactly backwards.
