[Cryptography] Regulations of Tempest protections of buildings

The following is cited from a post in another group:

       the law, 47 USC 333, states that "No person shall willfully or 
maliciously
       interfere with or cause interfearence to any radio communications 
of any
       station licensed or authorized by or under this chapter or 
operated by
       the United States Goverment."

A Faraday cage building construction would apparently not be able to 
satisfy
this law.
